i found the staff genuinely great throughout my visit. the room i had was large with high-quality fittings and furnishings. i especially appreciated the small touches throughout and the packed takeaway breakfast on my last day since i was leaving early that was an excellent team effort.
the only issue was the street noise early in the morning it was quite loud. lighter sleepers may need earplugs to ensure uninterrupted rest. i hope they address this soon .

my beautiful double room bath included two separate sinks. it had a rainfall shower and ample space for luggage. the high ceilings added a feeling of spaciousness and the bed was comfortable.

the breakfast included fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of fruits. the coffee was strong, the orange juice was freshly squeezed. dinner was equally excellent offering a diverse menu with local specialities.

The staff was attentive, organizing tours and also arranging convenient airport transfers. The breakfast service had an amazing buffet and the staff catered to specific dietary needs. I appreciated the spacious duplex suite because it was well-appointed.
Bathroom lighting was rather dim making some tasks difficult.

unfriendly staffinconvenient location
i was quite let down by a few things . the cleaning staff seemed quite unfriendly throughout my stay this made the overall atmosphere a little less cute. the location was not ideal for exploring the area without relying on transportation i found myself depending on taxis and public transit more than i would have liked which detracted from the spontaneity of my trip.
